1. Confirmation time and site

Time: 8:30-11:30 and 13:30-16:30, from November 8 to 12.

Site: Nanhu Stadium (Nanhu Campus)

2. Documents required

a) Application Form issued by the CHSI

b) Photocopy of Identity Card or other identity document

c) Other documents required by each confirmation site, such as Household Register, residence permit, employment certificate

d) Certificate of academic qualifications.

3. Confirmation process and requirements

The general process is (1) exam site review, (2) registration qualification review, (3) photo taking, (4) forms receiving and (5) forms submitting. The related requirements are

(1) Exam site review: applicants must meet all of the following three requirements

a) Registration on the CHSI

b) Choosing ZUEL as the exam site (the first four digits of the registration number should be 4206)

c) Other requirements made by the HEEA

(2) Registration qualification review

a) Applicants who have already graduated should provide both the original copy and photocopy of university certificate of graduation.

b) Applicants who have already graduated and failed the diploma verification during the online registration shall provide an Online Verification Report of Higher Education Qualification Certificate or an Online Registration Record of Academic Certificates issued by the CHSI. Applicants who will graduate in 2018 and failed the diploma verification during the online registration shall provide an Online Verification Report of Student Record issued by the CHSI.

c) Demobilized soldiers shall also provide the Letter of Approval for Enlistment of Recruited Citizens and Certificate of Demobilization. 

d) Applicants who hold a foreign graduation certificate and failed the diploma verification during the online registration shall provide a Verification Report of Overseas Study Certificate issued by the CSCSE. Applicants who will graduate in 2018 shall provide an official document issued by the university where they study to prove that they will receive the graduation certificate in 2018.

3) Photo taking: when taking photos, applicants should be properly dressed.

4) Forms receiving: applicants will get an “Information Form of Registering for National Entrance Examination for Graduates” in duplicate. Applicants shall check their information in the form and sign for confirmation.

5) Forms submitting: applicants shall submit one “Information Form of Registering for National Entrance Examination for Graduates” and keep another

4. Others

1) Applicants shall make sure that they meet the requirements stipulated in each institute’s enrollment regulation. The registration qualification will be reviewed in the re-testing and enrollment stage. Applicants who fail to meet any of the requirement may be rejected. 

2) According to the requirements of Hubei Education Examinations Authority, applicants shall take their own stationery into the exam room. No stationery will be offered this year.

3) The exam date is December 23, 2017.

4) Applicants could download their exam admission ticket on the CHSI from December 14 and 15, 2017. The ticket shall be printed on an A4 paper and shall be kept clean.
