1. Registration Method and Procedure

In order to offer better services for the examinees, online confirmation will be adopted in this year’s MBA registration at the examining site of ZUEL (the site code of ZUEL is 4206). All of the applicants must be login the online system and confirm their registration information.

1.1 Registration Online

A. Those who registered for MBA, MPA and MTA of ZUEL shall finish online confirmation between October 10 and 31 2015 The operational hours each day is from 9 am to 10 pm.

B. The examinees will access the registration system using login names and passwords (refer to http://yz.chsi.com.cn or ) to complete their own information. The account and code can be changed once you login in. However, the applicants cannot change the information of work unit, examination venue. Please login and confirm the information and save or print all the necessary information.

C. Information of all applicants will be checked online, and the result will be send to applicants in three days after the registration. Or the applicants can login whttp://www.chsi.com.cn/ to check his/her own student information. Those who is not approved can visit the Provincial High-School Graduate Career Guidance Service Center to have their degree accredited. The accreditation report will be checked for on-sight confirmation.

1.2 Online Confirmation

A. Confirmation Time: November 2015

B. Upload your photo. Please upload a picture of you according to the requirements. Our staff will check your picture within 12 hours. Only when the picture is approved can you pay the examination fees online.

C. Check your registration result. When your registration is approved, you can pay the fees online. Those whose registration is not approved shall go through an on-site inspection process. And when the on-site inspection is approved, she or he can pay the fees.

D. Pay the examination fees online. When your registration is approved, please pay the fees according to the system instructions. When you see Successful Payment, your online confirmation will be effective. Otherwise, your confirmation will be ineffective.

III. On-site Inspection

Those who don’t pass the online confirmation shall apply for an on-site inspection before November 11. During the on-site inspection, you should present your ID Card, diploma, degree certificate, other related materials and a copy each of them. If you fail the on-site inspection, your registration will be rejected.

IV. Others

A. The registration system will start from October 10 to October 31, each from 9 am to 10 pm. No application will be accepted beyond the time limitation. And your information cannot be modified after that deadline.

B.Before the online confirmation, please make sure that

a. You have applied for e-Bank service within the China Union Pay system.

b. You have a front-view photograph as required.(The photo will be in your future file)

C.Please make sure that your information and photo are true and correct. Otherwise, any consequence will be borne by you.

D. Please read the Confirmation for Obeying the Rules of Examination carefully. And those who pass the online confirmation are deemed as having signed it.

E. Those who don’t have a 2nd-generation ID Card, please apply for it as soon as possible.

F. The application and online-confirmation of those who have been found cheating in the exam before will be regarded as ineffective. And the payment will not be refund.
