2. Confirmation process and requirements
The general process is (1) qualification review, (2) fee payment, (3) photo taking, (4) forms receiving and (5) forms submitting. The related requirements are:
(1) Qualification review: the examinees shall present their second-generation ID card and diploma. Examinees who failed the diploma verification during the online registration shall present an additional certification report. Otherwise, the confirmation will be denied.
(2) Fee payment. The registration fee is RMB 160, and the stationery fee is RMB 10.
(3) Photo taking: Examinees shall present their ID card and payment receipt while taking photo.
(4) Forms receiving: examinees will get an “Information Form of Registering for National Entrance Examination for Graduates” in duplicate. And the examinees shall check their information in the form and sign for confirmation. Once the form is confirmed, no modification will be permitted.
(5) Forms submitting: examinees shall submit one “Information Form of Registering for National Entrance Examination for Graduates” and keep another.
The registration information of those students who fail the qualification review, fee payment or photo taking will be invalid.
3. Others
(1) Examinees shall make sure that they meet the requirements stipulated in the each institute’s enrollment regulation. The registration qualification will be reviewed in the re-testing stage. Examinees who don’t meet the requirements will not be re-tested and admitted. And they shall take the responsibility of any problem caused by this mistake.
(2) Once the registration information is confirmed, it cannot be modified during the exam, re-testing and admission. Examinees shall take the responsibility of any problem caused by this mistake.
(3) Examinees without a second-generation ID card shall present a legal identification certificate provided by police station and a certificate of applying for a second-generation ID card. And these examinees shall come to the graduates-enrolling office with their newly-issued second-generation ID card to confirm their information in early December. Examinees without a second-generation ID card will not be allowed to enter the exam room.
(4) According to the requirements of Hubei Education Examinations Authority, examinees shall not take stationery into the exam room. The stationery will be offered.
(5) The exam date is January 4th, 2014.
(6) Examinees could download their exam admission ticket on http://yz.chsi.com.cn/ from December 15th, 2013 to January 5th, 2014. The ticket shall be printed on a paper of A4 and shall be kept clean.
(7) The exam site is on Nanhu Campus of ZUEL. For detail information, please visit in early January.
