On November 27, 2025, the International Education School of Zhongnan University of Economics and Law took over 30 students from various countries on a visit to Wuhan Weipai Network Technology Co., Ltd. for an enterprise open day event. This event aimed to broaden the employment channels for international students and deepen the cooperation between the university and the enterprise. The event was structured around three main sections: "Company Introduction", "Alumni Sharing", and "On-site Visit". Through immersive experiences, it helped international students gain a close understanding of the cultural ecosystem and talent demands of Chinese internet companies.
Under the reception of the human resources department of Weipai Network, the students first listened to a comprehensive introduction of the company. The recruitment manager, Xiao Xiaoyu, started with the company's mission of "Creating Simple Happiness" and elaborated on the core business layout of Weipai Network in the field of mobile internet cultural and creative products, including series such as "Snake Battle", "Huiwan", and "Love on the Ivy". The enterprise representative particularly emphasized the integration of traditional cultural elements and modern technology in product design.
During the alumni sharing session, the international alumnus of Zhongnan University of Economics and Law, Zuo You, who is currently working at Weipai Network, shared his personal experiences and provided practical career advice to the international students. He pointed out that project experience and technical foundation are the core competitive advantages in the internet industry and encouraged international students to fully leverage their cross-cultural communication advantages and actively apply for the company's specially set up small language overseas operation positions.
During the visit, the students delved into the company's office areas, leisure zones, and product display areas, experiencing the vibrant atmosphere of an internet enterprise firsthand. Facilities such as flexible workstations, open discussion areas, gyms, and coffee bars allowed the students to directly perceive the company's "balanced" cultural philosophy. The human resources department also answered questions on internship applications, recruitment processes, and job requirements on the spot. Many students submitted their resumes and scheduled follow-up interviews.
