Recently, the AMBA&BGA Excellence Awards 2025 were held in London.School of Business Administration of Zhongnan University of Economics and Law(ZUEL) won the“Best CSR and Sustainability Initiative 2025”.This award marks a major breakthrough for School of Business Administration in the international business school awards since the school launched international accreditation in 2011.
A total of 7 business school awards and 5 individual awards for outstanding students and alumni were set up in this year’s AMBA&BGA Excellence Awards. After being strictly screened by a jury composed of international academic and industry elites, 50 institutions from around the world were nominated.School of Business Administration of ZUEL attached great importance to this participation and had been meticulously preparing the application materials since July 2024. It stood out from only 6 universities worldwide that advanced to the final round of this award and won the prestigious Gold Award.
The “Best CSR and Sustainable Initiative” aims to recognize institutions that uphold the concepts of social responsibility and sustainability, creating a positive impact on society.School of Business Administration, in collaboration with multiple partners, has established the“Compassionate Futures Nexus”(the CFN), which integrates five landmark brands: the“Starlight Haven” public welfare project, the“MBA Benevolence Network”, the Center for Female Leadership and College Student Career Development, the“Hope and Help” charity initiative, and the“Community Connect” program.

At the awards ceremony, a video of the acceptance speech by Li Qing, a 2015 MBA alumna representing the school, was played. She expressed pride in being a member of the “Compassionate Futures Nexus”, and appreciated the rich resources provided by the school to collaborate closely with multiple partners to advance meaningful public welfare activities and convey the concept of social responsibility.
